Call for Abstracts

You are invited to submit an abstract for the conference. Abstracts will be accepted for Oral or Poster Presentations. Authors are required to select their preferred presentation type during submission process. Following the reviewing process, the Scientific Committee will determine whether abstracts will be accepted as Oral or Poster Presentations.

Dates to be considered

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: 6 November 2023 (Any abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered for reviewing nor will be published)
  • Notification of acceptance/rejection: 15 November 2023
  • Registration of presenting author must be settled by: 8 November 2023
  • Notification of Date and Time of abstract presentation: 20 November 2023

Abstract Submission: Information – Guidelines & Prerequisites

  • Registration of at least the presenting author of each abstract is required. In the opposite case, the abstract will not be published.
  • Only one abstract is to be presented by the same presenting author. However, the same author can participate in more than one abstracts.
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Abstracts must be submitted as MS Word (.doc) file.
  • Abstract text should be limited to 250-300 words excluding bibliography and tables.
  • Abstract title must be in UPPER CASE.
  • Author & Co-Author name must be in lower case with first letter in upper case – full name should be indicated.
  • The affiliation (e.g. hospital/institution) and country of the  authors should be indicated after the authors names.
  • Underline the name of the presenting author only.
  • Use double-space between the heading and the text of the abstract
  • Layout: Abstracts must be submitted with the following sections:
    • Introduction
    • Aim
    • Methods
    • Results/Discussion
    • Conclusions
  • Abstract may contain tables, graphs and photos (in jpeg file, max file size 300mb, max no of files attached per abstract:3)
  • Abstract may contain bibliography & references (up to 100 words).
  • Posters will be presented digitally (ePoster). Specific guidelines for your ePoster preparation will be forwarded to you along with the notification of acceptance email.
  • Once abstracts are submitted, no changes will be possible.

Best Poster Award for Students

The Scientific Committee will select the best poster submitted by students. The winner will be announced during the conference and will be granted the ‘Best Poster Award’ certificate along with a prize.
